Lizbeth turns 10

For the first time in 3 years, Lizbeth (one of my favorite nieces and Goddaughters) celebrated her birthday in Cebu.  She is now currently based in Westmead, NSW, Australia along with her family. She is the first born of my younger Alboom and his wife Ann Marie.  Lizbeth is the "ate" of Monica.

We are so happy the Olanos from NSW came home.  Mommy Ely was specially thrilled that Liz is back home.

Present to enjoy the food were family and close friends.  The food was great as always. Liz and family were able to savor the Cebuano dishes that they missed (especially the inasal).  There were games for children and even the grown ups participated in it.  Monica really had a great time playing with newly found cousins. 

It was a memorable event indeed and we all hope that she will again someday celebrate her birthday in her birthplace.  We love you Liz and we wish that your 10th year will be filled medals, trophies and MVPs. ;)
